Share the hotel address, main or side entrance and lead traveller contact. If a concierge arranges the car, make sure the guest receives the meeting instructions.
Arriving from Heathrow

Shopping with a car
Several stops or bags collected through the day may be better handled by hourly hire. Tell the team whether other passengers will join later.
Evening collection
Restaurants and events can release guests at different times. Confirm a reachable contact and a permitted pickup point for the return.
