Before you fly
Enter the date, flight number, airport and terminal if known. Give the traveller’s own mobile number even when an assistant or relative makes the reservation. List each destination if the party separates after landing.
At arrivals
Your confirmed booking gives the meeting instruction. Follow it after baggage reclaim and tell the team if the airline changes the terminal. Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted and London City use different layouts and permitted pickup areas.
The right capacity
Seats are only one part of the choice. Large cases, cabin bags, a pushchair or sports equipment affect the practical fit. Share the luggage count before selecting an E-Class, S-Class or V-Class category.
After the airport
A hotel check-in, office visit or second airport should be included in the route. If you need the car for several stops, ask for hourly travel instead of assuming that a one-way airport price covers a full day.
