Identify the facility
Give the full airfield and handler name, its address if supplied, the aircraft timing and a contact for the lead passenger. If a handler provides an access reference, include it with the enquiry.
Define the pickup
The party may leave together, or crew and luggage may have separate plans. Describe the number of passengers, cases and vehicles required. Airside access depends on the handler’s permission and cannot be assumed.
When a flight changes
A private aircraft can move time, FBO or airfield. Notify the reservations team when the operator confirms a change. A move to a different facility affects the collection point and possibly the quote.
The ground itinerary
A trip from Farnborough or Biggin Hill may continue to London, Surrey, Berkshire, Oxford or farther afield. Send the complete address and every stop so the right vehicle and hours are arranged.
