Tickets and event organisers may publish entrance and transport instructions. Pass any relevant car access details to reservations, along with the event date and expected finish.
Separate arrival and pickup
A chauffeur may use a different legal point after the event due to traffic controls. The confirmed collection instruction should say where the party walks when it leaves the venue.
Choose waiting or a return time
A concert, match or dinner can run late. Ask whether the car stays nearby or returns at a fixed time. Check how extra waiting affects the quote.
Keep one person reachable
For a group, choose a lead guest or coordinator with a working phone. If attendees leave from different exits, arrange their movement to one agreed pickup location.
Consider the group size
Several saloons, a V-Class or a larger vehicle may be required for guests and luggage. Give the passenger list before the venue date rather than on the night.
