Separate the couple, family and guest groups. List the starting address and arrival deadline for each, with enough time for dressing, loading and venue access.
At the venue
Ask about the vehicle entrance, driveway restrictions and photography location. Pass any approved stopping instructions to the chauffeur provider.
Between locations
A ceremony, photo location and reception may require the same car to wait or move several parties. Say who travels on each leg and whether bags transfer to a hotel.
At the reception
Some guests depart earlier than the couple. Add separate return times and destinations rather than assuming one late collection covers everyone.
Before final confirmation
Check the passenger list, vehicle capacity, waiting arrangements and coordinator contact. An exact vehicle request should be confirmed by the booking team, not inferred from a photograph.
